A OAB do Pará. O Tribunal de Ética. O Imbiriba. A Anulação da Decisão. O TED e a Renúncia
Fogo no parquinho na OAB do Pará. Isso porque o presidente, o advogado Eduardo Imbiriba, anulou, sem nenhuma previsão legal, ou seja, na cara dura, uma decisão da 3ª Turma do Tribunal de Ética e Disciplina da OAB/PA. Explica-se: Sob a presidência da advogada Anamaria Chaves Stilianidi, a 3ª Turma proferiu decisão unânime em consulta de natureza ética que tratava a respeito de conflito de interesses no exercício da advocacia. Participaram do julgamento os juízes do TED, Ana Cristina Campos e Silva Calderaro, Lorena Sabino Martha, Tito Eduardo Valente do Couto e o Paulo Sérgio Hage Hermes.
A decisão, constante no acórdão nº. 021/2022, foi publicada no dia 13 de abril de 2022 no Diário Eletrônico da OAB. Mas, porém, contudo eis que o presidente da OAB, Eduardo Imbiriba, “avocou” o processo para si e anulou unilateralmente a decisão. Coincidência ou não, dias depois do fato, o presidente do TED, Francisco Freitas, apresentou sua renúncia. Irresignado, o autor da consulta recorreu ao Conselho Seccional, mesmo diante das poucas, quase nulas, esperanças de que o recurso seja pautado por Imbiriba. Que coisa feia !!!
