Me diz com quem andas que eu te direi se voto em ti!! Vejam só!! O advogado Jarbas Vasconcelos, “licenciado” da SEAP, está com botando pra quebrar na campanha para deputado. Tanto isso é verdade que Vasconcelos anoitece em um município e amanhece em outro. Recentemente, Jarbas postou em suas redes sociais o registro de sua visita ao município de Brasil Novo.
Na foto ele posa ao lado de Patrícia Nazira Abucater Wal, ex-diretora da Diretoria de Execução Criminal da Secretaria de Administração Penitenciária. Para quem não conhece a moça, O Antagônico revela que, em dezembro do ano ano passado, Patrícia, então diretora do Centro de Recuperação Masculino de Vitória do Xingu, assinou um Acordo de Não Persecução Penal junto ao Ministério Público do Pará, onde a mesma confessa que autorizou a saída do preso provisório Jakson Oliveira Santos, para trabalho externo, sem a devida autorização do juiz da comarca de Medicilândia.
A denúncia chegou ao MP através de Notícia de Fato apresentada a promotora de justiça Paloma Salakem, que abriu procedimento para investigar o caso. No dia 3 de dezembro de 2021, o promotor de justiça Alexandre de Azevedo Matos Moura Costa enviou ao juízo de Medicilândia pedido para que a justiça homologue o acordo de Não Persecução Penal, com a devida confissão de Patrícia Abucater.
No pedido, o promotor frisa que Patrícia, acompanhada de seu advogado, firmou confissão formal e circunstanciada da prática de delito, acatando a proposta do MP de prestação pecuniária, no valor de R$ 1.100 reais, destinada a entidade pública ou de interesse social, prestação de serviço a comunidade pelo prazo de 4 meses e comparecer bimestralmente na Secretaria do Juízo de Execução, pelo período de 12 meses, a fim de justificar suas atividades. Ao assinar a confissão, Patrícia Abucater se comprometeu a comunicar à Vara de Execuções Penais eventual mudança de endereço, número de telefone ou email, até a efetiva extinção da punibilidade.
A bem da verdade, não é de hoje que Patrícia Nazira é citada em casos escabrosos. Ela era diretora do Centro de Recuperação de Altamira quando 58 presos foram mortos no episódio que ficou conhecido como uma das maiores chacinas carcerárias do Brasil. À época, ela foi questionada pela imprensa por ter atuado, como advogada, na defesa do fazendeiro Regivaldo Pereira Galvão, conhecido como “Taradão”, que cumpria pena na unidade dirigida por Patrícia. Reginaldo foi condenado por participação direta no assassinato da missionária estadunidense Dorothy Stang. De família tradicional de Altamira, Patrícia Abucater, é sobrinha da Procuradora de Justiça do Ministério Público do Estado, Ana Tereza Abucater.
Patrícia e Jarbas Vasconcelos são velhos amigos. Em 2013, foi nomeada como conselheira da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB), na subsede do Pará, por Vasconcelos, que à época presidia a entidade. Também foi Vasconcelos que indicou a mesma para dirigir os presídios de Altamira e Vitória do Xingu. O curioso é que, ao que parece, a SEAP, mesmo tendo tomado conhecimento do delito e da confissão da então diretora do presídio de Vitória do Xingu, não abriu qualquer procedimento disciplinar contra a mesma. Porque será ??
